8 months ago I began studying myself based on current clinical Endometriosis research. Once I began to graph this data I started to see a very clear pattern between certain lifestyle inputs relative to my Endometriosis symptoms. I initially based my self-research on the FODMAP dietary framework and then began to add in other lifestyle inputs. It really made me think that this knowledge was power and, if it could work for me it could work for other people.
ManageEndo is a holistic design-led communication and support app to effectively manage endometriosis. It is designed to log symptoms and complete exercises that will statistically analyse and understand the patterns impacting one’s Endometriosis. Consequently, it will make suggestions to decrease Endometriosis symptoms based on logged data; ultimately, improving one’s quality of life.
